HealthID application features allow you to:
- Access your patients Electronic Health Record.

- Access to care management and intervention programmes for Mental Health, Diabetes, Cardiovascular and HIV.
- Call Me feature provides you with the opportunity to request a call back for any assistance you may require whether it be clinical, technical or administrative.
- Electronically refer a patient to another healthcare professional, with automatic approval on selected plans.
- Complete a hospital discharge form for your patient that contains all relevant clinical discharge information, as well as additional information. The completed form is available as a PDF that you can share with relevant healthcare professionals.
- Get consent from your patients to view their Electronic Health Record in real time through various consent channels, therefore ensuring you remain compliant with your professional indemnity cover.
Note: HealthID is only for doctors who practise in South Africa. You will not be able to use this application if you do not fall into this category of users.

How to install HealthID on your iOS device:

- Once the HealthID is shown in the iTunes listing of your iOS device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the GET button to the right of the app to start downloading it.
- If you are not logged-in the iOS appstore app, you'll be prompted for your your Apple ID and/or password.
- After HealthID is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
